Shipping

  • We utilize trusted carriers (such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, or similar)
  • Your order will typically arrive within 3-6 business days.
  • Please note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure efficient delivery.
  • If you need an item quicker, please contact Customer Service. We will do our best to accommodate rush shipping.
  • Kindly note that fees for rush shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • After orders have been picked up by partner carriers, we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage. Any amount owing upon delivery or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure a successful delivery and contact the carrier if you have further questions about your parcel.
  • Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to us and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns

Once an order is received by us, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a product upon its arrival, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. 
  • We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
  • Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once.
  • Please contact Customer Service or submit a return request through our website. RMA number needs to be issued before the item can be sent back.
  • Customer is liable for all shipping costs involved which will be subtracted from credit issued.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to be processed.
  • Items received after 14 days of the delivery date are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • In the event of late returns, we are not responsible for covering the return shipping back to you.
  • Items must be returned with all tags attached and in the original packaging to be accepted for return. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the return.
  • Orders using promo codes or purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Gift card orders are eligible for store credit only.
  • Promo codes cannot be applied to completed orders.
